Catheter Set for Continuous Spinal Anesthesia
Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) is a well-known side-effect of spinal anesthesia procedures. The IntraLong catheter set combines the ogival SPROTTE® tip design, which has shown to reduce the incidence of PDPH1-5, with a ramp intended for easy catheter placement and a catheter for continuous spinal anesthesia.

Steel Stylet

Ogival Tip
giving the needle atraumatic properties:

Large Lateral Eye
Burr-free lateral opening with atraumatically rounded edges:
- Enables a quicker CSF flow than with cutting needle.6

Precision-Ground Metal Stylet
The stylet closes the lateral eye precisely and is provided with burr-free atraumatically rounded edges:
- Designed to stabilize the needle.
- Prevents possible tissue coring into the subarachnoid space.7
