With the EpiSpin Kits, PAJUNK® offers a technology that facilitates combined spinal-epidural techniques (CSE).

The advantages of spinal and epidural techniques are combined in one product: the rapidity of onset of spinal anesthesia, combined with the flexibility of the catheter technique, which allows prolongation of anesthesia and analgesia.

PAJUNK’s EpiSpin Kits are designed as a needle-through-needle device using a Tuohy needle with an opening (backeye) for the placement of the atraumatic SPROTTE® spinal needle to the subarachnoid space for spinal block and subsequent epidural catheter placement.

Combined spinal-epidural blocks can be used for postoperative pain management and labor anesthesia.
