Spinal Anesthesia
Spinal anesthesia is a well-established technique for short to medium-duration procedures. The PAJUNK portfolio includes atraumatic SPROTTE® needles - designed to minimize tissue trauma - classic Quincke needles for sharp-tip access, and complete IntraLong spinal sets for continuous spinal anesthesia.
Epidural Anesthesia
Epidural anesthesia remains a widely used technique for regional pain management. PAJUNK offers Tuohy needles and EpiLong catheters for continuous epidural anesthesia, as well as Crawford needles for caudal anesthesia — all available in multiple sizes and configurations to support different clinical needs.
Combined Spinal-Epidural
Combined Spinal-Epidural (CSE) anesthesia merges the fast onset of spinal techniques with the extended control of epidural delivery. The EpiSpin product line - including sets with different spinal cannula locking or fixation mechanisms (EpiSpin Lock and EpiSpin Safety) - is designed for needle-through-needle techniques using a Tuohy and SPROTTE® combination, and can be combined with EpiLong catheters for continuous epidural anesthesia.
Peripheral Nerve Block Needles
Peripheral nerve blocks are widely used in regional anesthesia. PAJUNK offers echogenic needles, incorporating patented Cornerstone Reflectors for enhanced ultrasound visibility, as well as stimulation-compatible nerve block needles for single-shot techniques.
Peripheral Catheter Kits
Designed for continuous nerve blocks, PAJUNK’s peripheral catheter kits support both ultrasound-guided and stimulation-assisted placement. The portfolio includes sets for both Catheter-Through-Needle (CTN) and Catheter-Over-Needle (CON) techniques, with options such as soft-tip designs, stainless-steel reinforcement, and automatic stylet removal for user convenience.
Wound Infiltration
PAJUNK’s offering for wound infiltration includes single-shot needles and continuous infusion catheters, along with elastomeric pain pumps for postoperative analgesia. These products support both single-shot and continuous wound infiltration for postoperative analgesia.
