The Pajunk dissecting balloon systems guarantee a fast and effective dissection of the preperitoneal space with direct visualization and therefore relieves the orientation. The systems include a sterile balloon for an entire working process, which fits to Pajunk's TrocaPort or TrocaTec trocar systems. The re-processing of the trocar valve house does reduce the overallcosts significantly. The according fitting reusable obturator must be ordered separately.
