Balloons to Secure Working Access
PAJUNK® offers two different balloon systems to secure the access: structural balloon systems and ring-anchor balloon systems. Because of their foam stoppers for a quick and easy fixation, the Access Balloons adapt to different abdominal wall thicknesses. In addition, the system has an atraumatic geometry and is completely secure and gas-tight.
PAJUNK offers two different types of valves: the MonoBalloon has an established standard seal system with silicon valve and the VarioBalloon has an universal double seal system.
The short versions allow a longer working length of introduced instruments and endoscopes for LERN and other extra peritoneal laparoscopic surgeries in the pelvic region.
