Quality Management Specialist - PMS & Vigilance (m/f/d)

Support our team at the earliest possible date as a Quality Management Specialist - PMS & Vigilance (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Your main task will be to create, maintain, and evaluate post-market surveillance reports in accordance with regulatory requirements in order to ensure the safety and compliance of our medical products on the market.
  • By analyzing and evaluating customer complaints regarding safety and compliance, you will ensure that risks are identified at an early stage and appropriate measures are taken.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for reporting vigilance cases to authorities and responding to inquiries.
  • You will also be involved in CAPA processes, risk assessments, and possible recall measures.
  • Your tasks will also include assisting with the preparation of audits and presenting your PMS results.

     

What you bring with you

  • Completed degree in natural sciences or engineering or comparable qualification
  • Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in quality management, post-market surveillance, vigilance, or regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of normative and regulatory principles in accordance with ISO 13485, MDR, ISO 14971, and CFR 820
  • Very good analytical skills and a structured approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills when working with internal teams and external authorities
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
