Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Support our team at the earliest possible date as an Export Clerk (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and order confirmations, and entering orders in the ERP system
• Ensuring timely delivery in compliance with international customs regulations
• Preparing all relevant export and shipping documents
• Maintaining and managing customer master data in the ERP system

• Obtaining shipping quotes and coordinating transport with freight forwarders and carriers

   

What you bring with you

• Commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), preferably with additional qualifications in foreign languages, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of export/foreign trade desirable
• Confident written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Confident use of MS Office

• Structured and independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team
