To further expand our management and decision-making foundations, we are looking for a technically strong and implementation-oriented personality who will drive forward the development of controlling structures and provide technical support in an ERP implementation project. Support our team at the earliest possible date as a Controller (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Further development, implementation and operationalisation of controlling processes and instruments.
  • Sales controlling – sales reports, margin and customer profitability analyses, sales KPIs.
  • Partner for production controlling and deviation analyses.
  • Inventory controlling – calculations, valuation and inventory.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and assisting with reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Providing technical support for controlling during the implementation and rollout of an ERP project.

     

What you bring with you

  • Completed degree in business administration (business economics, industrial engineering) or commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of practical experience in setting up and developing controlling structures in medium-sized manufacturing and trading companies.
  • Proven experience in sales and production controlling as well as product cost controlling.
  • Experience in ERP projects; in-depth knowledge of the technical design of the controlling module (e.g. SAP, Infor or similar).
  • Confident use of Excel; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills, strong affinity for numbers, structured approach to work and assertiveness.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and ability to translate technical requirements into IT implementations.
  • Good knowledge of English.
